Shipping and Handling

Shipping

We ship to the United States , Australia, Austria, Canada, Dominican Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Jamaica, Mexico, New Zealand, Turks and Caicos Islands, and the United Kingdom. 

Free Shipping is valid for orders that total $75 USD or more (before shipping and taxes), and that are being delivered to a shipping address within the United States. Free shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout process and are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (3-7 business days) .

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. K.Lorayne Apparel is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that orders are shipped out. In the event something happens, and your order can not be fulfilled, we will issue a full refund if the mistake is on our end. However, if not, you will be charged a 40% restock fee for orders that are cancelled more than 24 hours after being placed. 

Method of payment must match billing and shipping address. If not, you may receive an email asking for a clear picture of you holding your ID and showing the credit card used (only showing last 4 digits) for verification for the safety of the card holder. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Once processed, your order will be shipped to you via the shipping method you select, and a tracking number will sent via email. If you do not receive shipping information within that time please contact us at info@kloapparel.com immediately.

If express shipping is needed, please contact us prior to placing order. Once order is placed shipping preferences can not be changed. We can not guarantee that shipping will be available for your particular order.
