Shipping

We ship to the United States , Australia, Austria, Canada, Dominican Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Jamaica, Mexico, New Zealand, Turks and Caicos Islands, and the United Kingdom. 

Free Shipping is valid for orders that total $200 USD or more (before shipping and taxes), and that are being delivered to a shipping address within the United States. Free shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout process and are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (3-7 business days) which is equal to our Standard option.

Please Note : If your order consists of a PRE-ORDER item, your entire order will ship once all items are available. 

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. K.Lorayne Apparel is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that orders are shipped out. In the event something happens, and your order can not be fulfilled, we will issue a full refund if the mistake is on our end. However, if not, you will be charged a 30% restock fee for orders that are cancelled more than 24 hours after being placed. 

Method of payment must match billing and shipping address. If not, you may receive an email asking for a clear picture of you holding your ID and showing the credit card used (only showing last 4 digits) for verification for the safety of the card holder. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and 5-7 business days for delivery. If an item is on PRE-ORDER allow an additional 14-28  business days for processing. Once processed, your order will be shipped to you via the shipping method you select, and a tracking number will sent via email. If you do not receive shipping information within that time please contact us at contact@kloapparel.com immediately.

If express shipping is needed, please contact us prior to placing order. Once order is placed shipping preferences can not be changed. We can not guarantee that shipping will be available for your particular order. 

Returns

• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and are only eligible for exchange unless received damaged and stated within 24 hours of receiving. 
• Merchandise must have all tags attached and in original packaging.
• Please note original shipping charges are Not Refundable and do not apply to store credit.
• Email contact@kloapparel.com within this time to receive our return mailing address.
• Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep tracking details for your records.
• Returns are accepted within 14 business days of the date your order was shipped out and are eligible for a store credit only. 
• Non-returnables include : Sale items, Items purchased with Discount Code (Manual or Automatic), Accessories, Intimates, Bodysuits, Swimwear, and Shoes

Exchanges

---------------------------

• Exchanges must be made within 7 business days of ship date.
• Items for exchange or store credit must be inspected for signs of wear after being received. Once your item(s) are cleared you will receive your exchange within 7 business days.  
• To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please send email to contact@kloapparel.com with copy of original receipt and description of item for exchange.
• Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanges, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If a purchase is made using a "discount code" this constitutes as sale therefore, the purchased items can not be exchanged, nor can a store credit be issued.
