Such a huge disappointment 😞

"I bought this dress in thr charcoal color and loved it. I wanted the same dress in black so I ordered it. When I received the dress, it was way different from the charcoal color. The fabric is thin on the black and the quality is very cheap. Nothing like what is advertised in the picture. I also don't think it's right for the brand to sell this dress KNOWING that the fabric is not the same? I understand that they have a no refund policy but in this case, they should initiate a full refund because this was extremely misleading."

"I was excited to get this dress. Soon as I took it out the packaging disappointment set in. I knew then it wasnt worth $80. Its a little thin I was expecting it to be thicker for the price. Its long but not tall girl long. Im 6’3. I got a 2xl it fits really cute. It comes past my calfs but not pooling around my ankles like the model but shes probably 5ft something. Now i absolutely love the arm length. Since i know what to expect I may order K. lo again. I think Im going to remove the tag off the sleeve. Not sure how i feel about that and im thinking we should dry clean. I just feel with this material, it’ll get fuzz balls on it."

"So this is not the exact same dress but I have to brag on it! I saw ads on Pinterest and bit the bullet and bought it last year. I just wore it for my 30th birthday and it was everything and more. The material is high quality, has an awesome amount of stretch and is definitely an attention grabber despite it being such a “basic”. Love it down. I’m not a tall woman (I’m only 4”11) but I am thick and that gave me some leeway with the length. I’m going to have to buy more. Worth every red cent."
