Shipping and Returns Policy

 Processing 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Method of payment must match billing and shipping address. If not, you may receive an email asking for a clear picture of you holding your ID and showing the credit card used (only showing last 4 digits) for verification for the safety of the card holder. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and 5-7 business days for delivery. If an item is on PRE-ORDER allow an additional 10-14 business days for processing. If you purchase a pre-order item after the expected ship-date please be prepared to wait the expected 10-14 business days for processing. Once processed, your order will be shipped to you via the shipping method you select, and a tracking number will be sent via email. If you do not receive shipping information within that time please contact us at contact@kloapparel.com immediately.

Once an order is placed shipping preferences can not be changed.  

Please be advised that orders can only be updated within a 24-hour window. Should you require any modifications to your order, kindly contact us within the specified time frame. Please note that we are not able to process any updates beyond this time period. We appreciate your understanding! 

If a discount code hasn't been applied during checkout, we're unable to manually update the order to include the discount. We encourage customers to ensure they input any applicable discount at checkout.

 

Pre-Orders

Items available for pre-order allow our customers to secure an item before stock is available.

Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. In-stock items included in your order will ship with the pre-order unless otherwise arranged prior to shipping. To see an estimated delivery date for items on pre-order, you may visit the item's product page.

Once your pre-order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel.

Shipping 

We ship to the United States , Australia, Austria, Canada, Dominican Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Jamaica, Mexico, New Zealand, Turks and Caicos Islands, and the United Kingdom. 

Free Shipping is valid for orders that total $200 USD or more (before shipping and taxes), and that are being delivered to a shipping address within the United States. Free shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout process and are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (3-7 business days) which is equal to our Standard option.

Please Note : If your order consists of a PRE-ORDER item, your entire order will ship once all items are available. 

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. K.Lorayne Apparel is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent via email on the day that orders are shipped out. In the event something happens, and your order can not be fulfilled, we will issue a full refund if the mistake is on our end. However, you will be charged a 30% restock fee for orders that are cancelled more than 24 hours after being placed due to customer error. 

 

Missing/Late Package

It's important to note that once your package departs our facility, we relinquish control over its journey. Rest assured, we are committed to assisting you within the bounds of our capabilities, but USPS holds the authority over the package's subsequent handling and delivery.

If your package has been marked as delivered by USPS but you have not received it, or if the tracking information has not updated, kindly reach out to USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777. They have the ability to initiate a search process for your package. If a resolution has not been made, you are encouraged to initiate a claim by visiting USPS at www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

**Please note that we are unable to replace or refund merchandise that is confirmed/marked as delivered**

 

Returns

  • Merchandise must be in its original, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed condition to be eligible for return unless it was received damaged and reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us at contact@kloapparel.com if your item is damaged.
  • All items must have their tags attached and be in the original packaging.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and do not apply to store credit.
  • Our team will provide you with a tracking label once a return request has been filled out and approved. Please note that a return label will only be sent upon approval of the return request. Please keep tracking details for your records.
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date your order was delivered to your doorstep and will only be eligible for store credit.
  • Non-returnable items include: sale items, items purchased with discount codes (manual or automatic), accessories, intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, and shoes.
  • If a return label has been provided, the return item must be shipped within 3-5 business days, or the return will be closed, and no longer accepted.
  • International orders are final sale.
  • Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Warehouse and Winter sales are final sale.

Store Credit

  • Effective February 26, 2024, returns will now only be eligible for store credit. Due to the nature of our business, we are no longer able to offer exchanges. Once your store credit is issued, you have the opportunity to purchase the item you need in the correct size and/or color. 

    • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date your order was delivered and are eligible for store credit only. 
    • Items designated for store credit must undergo inspection for signs of wear upon receipt. Once your item(s) pass inspection, your store credit will be issued within 1-2 business days. 
    • To qualify for store credit, your item must be unused and remain in its original condition.
    • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you via email regarding its status.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for returns and store credit. Sale items are non-returnable and considered final sale.

  

Submit a return request

Click the Request a return button down below.
1. Log in to your account: 
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason.
5. Click Request return. 

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. 
After the product is returned, and approved you will receive store credit.
